
Kosów is a city in Ukraine, in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, located on the Rybnitsa River. It was mentioned in 1424 as the property of Prince Svidrigel. It received city rights in 1654.
From 1891 to 1939, with interruptions, a natural health institution operated in Kosovo run by Dr. Apolinary Tarnawski, a pioneer and promoter of natural medicine, who became famous for his unconventional methods of treatment treatment and a unique intellectual and artistic atmosphere. It made in the first half of the 20th century Kosiv became the second capital of Polish bohemia after Zakopane bohemia. In 1911, one of the first deputations of the of the later Polish Scouting and Guiding Association (ZHP), formed by Kazimierz Lutoslawski and Olga Drahonowska.

Hutsul National Park is a park located on the eastern side of the Carpathian Mountains, on both high ranges with heights of up to 1,472 meters (4,829 feet) on Mt. Gregit, the highest point in the park, and the lower foothills with an absolute altitude of 350-500 meters (1150-1640 feet) above sea level. The mountain ridges run parallel from northwest to southeast, with relatively flat peaks, steep slopes and wide pools between them. Along the southern border of the park flows the Cheremosh River. Hutsul Park The national park was established on May 14, 2002 and covers an area of 32,248 hectares. Administratively, it is located in the Ivano-Frankivsk region.
Another place worth visiting is the Kornelyuk Museum. It is located in the courtyard of the Kornelyuk estate, and its interior is filled with a permanent exhibition of Hutsul art. On display is a collection of of national Hutsul hats, embroidered towels, handmade ceramics, household goods, bags, tools, etc. Each of of these items is uniquely made. Today, the museum's collection includes more than 5,000 items, all of which come from the Kornelyuk family.
