Visit the city of Khmelnizki by bus Sindbad.
Chmelnizki is a city of nearly 300,000 people located in the western part of Ukraine on the Boh River. For many tourists and history buffs, the city may be better known by the name Proskuriv, as this was the name it bore until 1954. The current name is derived from the name of the famous Ukrainian leader Bohdan Khmelnytskyi and was given on the 300th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Pereyaslav between the Cossacks and Moscow. The city is recognized as a center of widely developed trade, as it hosts one of the largest markets in Europe - Khmelnytskyi Market. Vendors appear there not only from Ukraine, but also from Poland, Moldova and Belarus, among others, and the market itself is known for its large size and low prices, which lure many buying customers. While in the city, it is worth seeing the oldest building in the city, which is the Orthodox Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, or under the edifice of the TV tower, which measures as high as 208 meters. While visiting the city, we also recommend a short walk to the Catholic Church of Christ the King and the monument to John Paul II. Christ the King and to the monument to John Paul II. Chmielnizki also still has the oldest central water supply system, which was established in 1910. Getting around the city is facilitated by a well-developed trolleybus network, with the longest route being nearly 28 kilometers. Not everyone probably knows, but from Khmelnytskyi also comes the well-known hypnotist Anatoly Kashpirovskyi, who became famous for his supernatural abilities, and not only in Ukraine.
