We have been operating in the international coach transport market for over 40 years. We serve connections to 19 countries and over 420 cities in Europe, and our fleet consists of modern coaches equipped with Wi-Fi, 230V sockets, and USB ports. Below you will find detailed information about ticket purchase methods, rescheduling rules, refund rates, and baggage limits.
You can buy a coach ticket however it is convenient for you – you have three options. The fastest way is online, via the sindbad.pl website or the Sindbad Online mobile app. Search for a connection, choose a date, and pay – the whole process takes a few minutes. We accept payments via Blik, Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro cards, through Przelewy24, PayU, iMoje, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Klarna. We do not charge any additional fees or commissions for online payments.
If you prefer to buy a ticket by phone, call our hotline: +48 77 443 44 44 (daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM), and a consultant will reserve a seat for you. You don't have to pay immediately – you can settle the payment later. You can also buy a ticket directly from the driver before departure – subject to seat availability.
Plans change and we know it well, which is why we allow a free change of the ticket validity date. We do not charge any handling fee for this. Any cost may result solely from the difference in ticket price, if the new date is more expensive than the original one by more than 10 PLN. In such a situation, only the actual difference in price is subject to a surcharge. If the difference does not exceed 10 PLN, the date change does not involve any surcharge.
We don't hide anything in the terms and conditions. Here are the exact deduction rates for ticket refunds:
If you have a round-trip ticket and cancel only the return trip, you will receive 20% of the ticket value (if reported more than 24 hours before the return) or 10% (less than 24 hours). Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving instructions. The money returns to the account from which you paid – via Blik and transfer on average after 4 hours, for cards up to about 3 business days.
Each passenger can take 3 pieces of luggage free of charge: 1 hand luggage (up to 5 kg) and 2 pieces of main luggage (with a total weight of 30 kg). The sum of three dimensions of a single piece of main luggage cannot exceed 165 cm. If you need to take more, the fee for the first additional luggage (up to 25 kg) is 40 PLN. Each subsequent piece costs 120 PLN.
Even right before departure – subject to availability.
You can buy a ticket even right before departure – the only condition is the availability of free seats on the coach. The fastest way is to purchase online at sindbad.pl or via the mobile app. If you cannot make an online payment, our hotline will reserve a ticket, and you can settle the payment at a later date.
Yes, without any costs.
Yes. Any reservation that has not been paid for within the designated time can be cancelled without any financial consequences or additional costs for the passenger.
Changing the date is free of charge.
Changing the departure date with Sindbad is free of charge. The only cost may arise if the ticket for the new date is more expensive than the original one (you only pay the difference if it exceeds 10 PLN). Remember that changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
We process the instruction within 24 hours.
We process the refund instruction within 24 hours. The time it takes for funds to reach your account depends on the payment method: for Blik and instant transfers, it averages 4 hours; for payment cards, this process can take up to 3 business days.
Currently, seat selection is not available online.
Currently, the system does not allow you to select a specific seat number when purchasing a ticket. Seats on the coach are assigned by the crew (driver or steward) during boarding.
