Kędzierzyn-Koźle - the city of our zaksa

The history of the city is closely linked to the fate of Kozle. The earliest mention about it date back to 1108, when the knights of Boleslaw the Wrymouth defended the Kozle stronghold from attacks by Moravians. Associated with the city is also the legend of the three Goat brothers, who resembled these animals in appearance and parlayed resembled these animals and engaged in looting.
