Visit by Sindbad bus the city of Lublin!
Lublin used to be a royal city of the Crown of the Polish Kingdom, and today it is one of the most visited cities by tourists. Getting off at our stop located at the bus station in Lublin, Tysiąclecia Avenue, we find ourselves in the very center of the city. A must-see when visiting the city is definitely the Royal Castle. From a distance, you can see the tower, it's a donjon, or a defensive tower with a residential function, while the castle is preserved in beautiful condition and its interior houses the Chapel of the Holy Trinity and the Lublin Museum. Walking towards the Market Square you will come across the Grodzka Gate, which is one of the two gates that used to be part of the town's defensive wall. In the middle of the Market Square there is an old town hall and around it many cafes, bars and restaurants located in tenement houses. The streets of Lublin can be strolled endlessly, and for those who like the underground, an underground route has been prepared, consisting of former cellars connected by corridors. The guide will tell us about other interesting stories related to the city and its inhabitants.
Another sightseeing point worth seeing is the Trinity Tower, from which after climbing 200 steps we can admire a panorama of the entire city. It is also worth walking along Krakowskie Przedmiescie Street, where you will find pubs and stores, and if we are lucky and we find ourselves in Lublin in August, we will come across dozens of stalls, because then the Jagiellonian Fair takes place and the street is filled with stalls selling local products. At one end of the street you will find Saski Park, and at the other end Litewski Square with its multimedia fountain, which is worth seeing in the evening and eating Lublin's delicacy, Cebularz. You can also learn more about it and even bake your own in the Regional Onion Cake Museum. This is just a handful of what Lublin has to offer, and it's definitely worth coming here for more than one day.
