Visit the city of Lublin by bus Sindbad!
Once a royal city of the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland, and today one of the most visited cities by tourists. Getting off at our stop located at the bus station in Lublin, Tysiąclecia Avenue, we find ourselves in the very center of the city. A must-see point when visiting the city is certainly the Royal Castle. From afar you can see the tower, it's a donjon, or defensive tower with a residential function, while the castle is preserved in beautiful condition, and its interiors hide the Holy Trinity Chapel and the Lublin Museum. Walking towards the Market Square, you will encounter Grodzka Gate on the way, which is one of the two gates that were once part of the city's defensive wall. In the middle of the Market Square stands the old Town Hall, and around it are a multitude of cafes, bars and restaurants, housed in tenement houses. You can stroll endlessly through the streets of Lublin, and for those who like the underground, an underground route has been prepared, consisting of ancient cellars connected by corridors. The guide will tell us about other interesting stories related to the city and its inhabitants.
Another sightseeing point worth seeing is the Trinity Tower, from which, after climbing 200 steps, we can admire the panorama of the entire city. It is also worth walking along Krakowskie Przedmieście, where we can find pubs and stores, and if we are lucky and find ourselves in Lublin in August, we will come across dozens of stalls, as that is when the Jagiellonian Fair takes place and the street fills with stalls with local products. At one end of the street we will find Saski Park, and at the other end we will find Lithuanian Square with its multimedia fountain, which is worth seeing in the evening and, by the way, eating Lublin's delicacy, Cebularz. We can also learn more about it and even bake our own at the Regional Museum of Cebularz. This is just a handful of what Lublin hides, it is definitely worth coming here for more than one day.
