The Antoni Count Ostrowski Museum collects information related to the culture, customs, history of the inhabitants of Tomaszow and the fauna of the Nadpilicza region. Of particular interest is the permanent exhibition on funeral rites practiced in the area since the second millennium BC.

These pits located in the southern part of the city are the remains of an underground glass sand mine. The grottoes consist of numerous corridors, alcoves and halls created during the sand mining process. The largest excavation is the so-called Royal Hall, while others have equally interesting names - for example, the Chowańcz Grotto, the Dancing Grotto or the Thieves' Grotto.

Pilica River Open-Air Museum

This open-air museum collects many items and objects related to the Nadpilicza region. You can see there, among other things, a 19th-century building that used to be a railroad station waiting room, a water mill, or military vehicles, such as an armored Luftwaffe artillery tractor. An interesting object in the museum's collection is the toilet of Tsar Nicholas II.

Blue Springs Nature Reserve

This is a reserve inhabited by many species of birds and characterized by rich vegetation, but which attracts tourists mainly by a certain unusual phenomenon. In the pulsating limnokrene-type springs, water flowing out of fissures in the rocks moves white sand from the bottom of the basin. The sunlight scattered due to it colors the surface of the water in unparalleled blue-green colors. Of course, it all depends on the weather and the angle of the sun's rays. When visiting this place, you can choose from several variants of walking and educational routes.
