An attraction a bit out of the way, which many people overlook, is the San Vigilio hill with a beautiful panoramic view of Città Alta, all of Bergamo and the surrounding countryside. And it's a place worth visiting, especially since you can help yourself by taking the Funicolare S. railroad. Vigilio, whose station is just outside the city walls, 500 meters from Piazza Vecchia. On the 496-meter hill are the ruins of a castle with a tower, as well as a small park and fountain.

Chehrin (ukr. Чигирин) is a town in central Ukraine, located in the Cherkasy region, on the Tymba River, a tributary of the Dnieper. Although it now has the status of a small town, Chehrin has a very important historical significance, especially in the context of the history of the Cossacks and the birth of Ukrainian statehood.
The most important point in the city's history was the Chehrin fortress, which was one of the main defense centers in the region in the 17th century. This castle played a strategic role during the war with the Ottoman Empire and during the war with Poland.
