How to get to and from Elk - buses and timetables
To get from or to Elk, for example, you can use a bus. Buses Sindbad leave from Elk's PKS station, which is located right next to the railroad station. Therefore, if you happen to be going to Elk by train, but then want to change to another means of transport, the change itself will not take you more than a few minutes.
In our opinion, however, it is worth getting to Elk by bus, as trains in high season can be overloaded with people heading to the Baltic cities.

Attractions of the city that should not be missed are the Palais de l'Ile, a 12th-century building with an interesting shape located on a small island in the Thiou River in the center of Annecy's old town. The city also has a number of beautiful churches, such as the 16th-century St. Peter's Cathedral, the 17th-century Church of St. Francis de Sales and the neo-Romanesque Basilica of the Visitation. There is also a remarkable arboretum, or park, with numerous species of trees, including those rare and uncommon in Europe. Right next to it is the famous Bridge of Lovers (Pont des Amours), a footbridge located on the shore of Lake Annecy at the entrance to the Vassé Canal. While here, take advantage of the many opportunities for active recreation. Here you can ride on a number of well-organized bicycle routes, visit nearby ravines and mountains, as well as enjoy water sports.

You can go to Annecy by car from Poland - it's about 1,700 kilometers. By plane, the best way to get there is via a flight to Geneva, from where you can continue your journey by train or bus. You can also use international coach connections. Our coaches stop at the Annecy Gare Routière bus station located right next to the Old Town.
