Starokonstantinov (ukr. Старокостянтинів), a city in western Ukraine, Khmelnytskyi Oblast, located on the Horyn River. It is a city with a long history that has been of both administrative and economic importance for centuries.

Modern Starokonstantinov is a city whose economy is based mainly on industry, agriculture and trade. Cereals, vegetables and fruits are mainly grown around the city. The city also has an industrial tradition, including in the production of building materials, machinery and equipment.

Although Starokonstantinov is not a major tourist destination, it has several interesting historical and cultural sites:
