Also noteworthy is the nearby primeval forest, stretching over six hundred square kilometers. Wildlife can be found in the surrounding pine forests. Wild boar and roe deer are found there. Elk and wolves also occur. However, given the marshy terrain, it's a good idea to be careful where you step.

Pereyaslav Khmelnytskyi (now Pereyaslav) is one of the oldest cities in Ukraine, located in Kyiv Oblast, on the picturesque Trubizh River. It is known as a "museum city," as there are more than 20 museums here, showcasing the rich history and culture of the region.
