ZOLOCHIV
Zloczow is a city located in western Ukraine, in the Lviv region. It is one of the historic cities that for centuries had significant military, cultural and economic importance.
Zlochiv has a rich history dating back to the Middle Ages. The city was founded in the 14th century, and its development was linked to its location on an important trade route. During the time of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, Zloczow was part of Poland and was an important point on the military and administrative map.
The biggest event in the history of Zloczow was the construction of a castle in the 16th century, which served as a defensive fortress.
