How to travel from STAROKOSTYANTYNIV to GORZOW WIELKOPOLSKI?

Starokonstantinov (ukr. Старокостянтинів), a city in western Ukraine, Khmelnytskyi Oblast, located on the Horyn River. It is a city with a long history that has been of both administrative and economic importance for centuries.
