Inside it, the noteworthy features include the historic main altar, beautiful polychrome paintings on the walls of the chapels and the miraculous image of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. This church is inextricably linked with Karol Wojtyla, who lived nearby and received important sacraments there. Narrow streets, historic townhouses and the town hall dating back to the 14th century create an atmosphere as if we have stepped back in time.
