Modena is a large Italian city in the north of the country between Parma and Bologna in the Emilia-Romagna region. It is inhabited by more than 180,000 people. It is also known for the production of balsamic vinegar and as the hometown of opera singer Luciano Pavarotti.

Modena is an interesting city, worth visiting if only for a day. The most important sights there are the 12th-century Romanesque cathedral with a nearby tall bell tower - both located in Modena's most important square, Piazza Grande. In addition, noteworthy are the ducal palace (Palazzo Ducale) and the museum palace (Palazzo dei Musei) with several interesting museums - particularly noteworthy are the Estense Gallery or the Archaeological Museum. Being in Modena, it is impossible not to wander to some market and taste local specialties. The largest and most visited by tourists is Mercato Storico Albinelli. A souvenir worth bringing back from this city will be, above all, the original balsamic vinegar made from white grapes and aged long enough.
Getting to Modena
Modena is a major transportation hub, where two highways connect - the A1, known as the Highway of the Sun leading from Milan, through Rome to Naples, and the A22 highway leading to the border crossing with Austria at Brennero. The city has a railroad station, Modena Centrale, from which you can go in three directions - north to Verona, west to Milan and east to Bologna. Also, a bus trip is a good way to get to this city, as it is cheap and environmentally friendly. Our buses stop in the southeast of the city, near the Modena Bus Terminal on Gottardi Street.

MRAGOWO
PKS Mragowo - bus
No one who has had the pleasure of dropping into these parts at least once needs convincing that Mragowo is worth a visit and can be a good idea for a full-length vacation or weekend getaway. Warmia and Masuria tempt thousands of tourists every year, and Mragowo is one of the most important landmarks of the region. There are several ways to get to the city. The most convenient option, of course, is to have your own car. Drivers can reach Mragowo primarily through the DK16 and DK59. The same routes are used by coach operators, which include the company Sindbad. For many years we have been connecting Mragowo with other cities in Poland and abroad. Our buses depart from here to Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Holland, Denmark, France or Belarus, among others. The extensive network of connections is used by many travelers, moving for both tourist and business purposes. Transfers offered by Sindbad are comfortable and attractively priced in comparison with airline offers, which are often "cheap" in name only. Regular transfers between countries allow you to plan your trip flexibly, which is another advantage over the offer of air carriers. As for Mrągowo, the bus Sindbad stops at Curie-Skłodowska Street. From here you can easily reach the city's main tourist attractions, as well as local restaurants, hotels and tourist information. Our stop is also close to the Mragowo PKS bus station. It is worth mentioning that passenger trains no longer stop in the city, so the Mragowo bus is the best means of transportation when it comes to getting to Poland's most cowboy town.
