The town's greatest monument is the baroque-classicist Dębinski palace from 1780 surrounded by a beautiful park, and the parish church of St. Bartholomew, listed in the register of monuments. The town is located between Zawiercie, Kielce and Czestochowa. National roads 46 and 78 intersect in Szczekociny. Szczekociny PKS bus station is located in the center of the town and offers rides on many national and international routes. If you want to visit Szczekociny, the bus will be the best public means of transportation, as the town currently has no train station.
