We have been operating continuously since 1983, initially as the Sindbad Private Travel Office, and since 2012 our transport operations have been carried out under the Sindbad Sp. z o.o. name. International coach services became our core business back in 1992.

Over many years on the transport market we have earned the trust of many passengers and significantly expanded our coach fleet, which is constantly modernized. We currently have over 120 of our own, modern and comfortable coaches, mainly Setra, with an average age not exceeding 3 years. We therefore have the largest coach fleet in the country. Under the Sindbad brand our company operates connections between 220 cities in Poland and over 420 cities in Europe. This offer is continually being expanded with new stops in Poland and abroad.

In our current network of connections from Poland there are countries such as: Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Monaco, Spain, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Belarus, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Croatia.

Our coach tickets can be purchased in over 2000 agency offices both in Poland and abroad, as well as online, directly on our website or in the Sindbad Online mobile app.

We also provide coach rental, with which we can transport at the same time up to 16 thousand passengers. The quality of our services is demonstrated by prestigious contracts delivered successfully – handling events such as Miss Polonia, Miss World, UEFA Euro 2012 in football and Euro 2016 in handball.

Sindbad – international coach connections since 1983

We have been operating on the market for over 40 years. We started as the Private Travel Agency Sindbad, and since 1992 our main activity has been international coach transport. Today, we are one of the largest coach carriers in Europe and a leader in Poland.

We operate connections between 220 cities in Poland and over 420 cities in 19 European countries, including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Great Britain, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, Austria, the Czech Republic, and Ukraine. Our network covers over 640 stops and is constantly expanding.

We employ 500 staff members with an average seniority of 15 years. Our fleet consists of over 120 modern coaches (we focus on Setra and Mercedes brands) meeting the Euro 6 emission standard. Tickets for our courses can be purchased online at sindbad.pl, in the Sindbad Online mobile app, by phone, from the driver, or at over 2,000 agency offices in Poland and abroad.

Clear purchase and refund rules

We want every passenger to know before the journey what the conditions for purchasing, changing, and returning a ticket look like. That is why we publish all information in one place.

Changing the departure date is free of charge (any additional payment applies only to the difference in ticket price above 10 PLN). We provide refund rules with exact percentage rates, and refunds themselves are processed within 24 hours of notification. We do not charge a commission for online payments. This approach is a standard for us. We believe that a passenger who knows the conditions of carriage feels more confident – both at the reservation stage and during the journey.

Passenger safety at every stage of the journey

Safety is the foundation of our business. Our coaches are equipped with the latest safety systems, and drivers' working time is recorded by a tachograph – in accordance with European regulations. We organize breaks on the route no less frequently than every 4.5 hours.

Tickets are personal. The carrier has the right to refuse carriage if the data on the ticket does not match the passenger's identity document. This is a regulatory requirement that protects both passengers and the carrier. We also provide support for the elderly and people with disabilities – both when boarding and during the journey. A guide dog for a blind person or a person with a disability travels free of charge.

Our coaches are uniformly marked with the Sindbad logo, light displays with the course number, and an individual identification number. Information about the specific departure platform is always indicated on the ticket next to the name of the stop. In case of doubt, please look for the coach according to these markings or seek information at the station service point.

We organize breaks every few hours, but no less frequently than every 4.5 hours - in accordance with the regulations regarding the driver's working time. The frequency of stops depends on the number of stops on the route and the current needs of the passengers.

The carriage of animals is prohibited as a rule, with the exception of two situations:

  • Guide dog for a blind person or a person with a disability (free of charge, upon presentation of an ID card).
  • Small animal (up to 4 kg) – only with the one-time, written consent of the carrier (wnioski@sindbad.pl).
A passport, microchip, and current medical examinations are required. The fee is 100% of the ticket price, and the animal must remain in a carrier.
