Your journey with Sindbad – from reservation to coach departure
The entire process – from ticket purchase to boarding the coach – consists of a few simple steps:
- Search for a connection: Use the search engine on sindbad.pl or in the Sindbad Online mobile app. You can buy a ticket even right before departure, as long as there are free seats.
- Pay or reserve: Pay online (no commission) or reserve a ticket by phone to settle the payment later. After purchase, you will receive an electronic ticket with the exact location of the stop.
- Departure day: Come to the station and find the platform indicated on the ticket. You will recognize a Sindbad coach by the logo and light displays with the course number.
- Track the coach in the app: If you have a ticket in the app, 30 minutes before departure you can check the identification number of your bus and its current location on the map.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
From the age of 12 - with a guardian's declaration.
A child under 12 years of age must travel accompanied by an adult. Children aged 12-18 can travel independently with a completed declaration on the carriage of a minor.
Exceptions: To the UK and Italy, the minimum age is 16. On routes to/from Ukraine, persons under 18 years of age cannot travel without a guardian.
Identity document, border documents, and guardian's declaration.
The child needs a valid identity document (ID card or passport) and border documents (e.g., visas). For ages 12–18, a declaration on the carriage of a minor signed by legal guardians is also required.
From 10% to 90% deduction - depending on the cancellation date.
The refund amount depends on the date of the cancellation notice:
Notice period: More than 14 days before departure
Deduction: 10%
Your refund: 90% of the price
Notice period: From 14 days to 48h before departure
Deduction: 25%
Your refund: 75% of the price
Notice period: From 48h to 24h before departure
Deduction: 50%
