To return a Sindbad coach ticket, please follow the instructions below, depending on where the ticket was purchased.

1. Ticket purchased online

Refunds for WWW series tickets purchased via the website www.sindbad.pl or the mobile app Sindbad Online can be made online.

If the ticket was purchased on another website, the refund should be submitted directly to the owner of that website.

Refund Terms:

  • The refund amount is the difference between the ticket price and the carrier's deductions (in accordance with the terms and conditions) and service fees (in accordance with the online ticket regulations).

  • The refund will be made to the bank account  from which the ticket was paid.

  •  To process a refund, please provide your ticket details.

  • After completing the refund, please print the confirmation.

2. Ticket purchased from an agent:

  • Contact the sales office: Please contact the travel agency where you purchased the ticket to get information about the return procedure.

Important information about ticket returns:

  • Return deadline: Unused coach tickets can be returned up until the departure date.
  • Deductions: Refunds may be subject to deductions in accordance with the carrier’s terms and conditions.
  • No refunds after departure: Unused tickets cannot be returned after the departure date has passed.

Submit a return to the online system before the day of departure.

You return web series tickets purchased at www.sindbad.pl or on the mobile app to the system yourself; the amount of the return = ticket price - carrier deductions and service charges. The money is returned to the account from which the payment was made. After completing the operation, print the confirmation. Do you have additional questions? Return the ticket at the place of purchase.

Go to the agent from whom you bought the ticket - he will carry out the return procedure and inform you of any deductions. Return of an unused ticket is possible no later than on the day of departure - after this date the ticket is not refundable. If in doubt, contact the Hotline +48 77 443 44 44 (8:00 - 22:00).
